How to practice

Kneel and interlace your fingers, placing your forearms on the floor to cradle the back of your head. Rest the crown lightly down and press strongly through your arms. Lift your hips, walk the feet in, draw the knees toward your chest, then extend your legs upward with control and steady breathing.

Benefits

Challenges shoulder support, trunk control, and spatial awareness while balancing upside down.
