How to practice

Kneel and place your forearms down, fingers interlaced. Rest the crown of your head lightly on the floor and press strongly through your forearms. Lift your hips, walk the feet in, draw your knees toward your chest, then extend both legs upward with control. Keep your neck still and your breath steady.

Benefits

Challenges shoulder support, trunk control, and spatial awareness while balancing upside down.
