These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CatCow (the “Service”), including our website, apps, and related features at catcowapp.com.
By creating an account, signing in, or using CatCow, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CatCow helps you discover, create, save, practice, and share yoga sequences (“flows”), browse asanas, and use related tools such as posters, AI-assisted sequencing, and practice timers.
We may update, add, or remove features. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.
CatCow offers free and paid plans with different limits and features. Plan details are shown on the pricing page and in your account.
Paid subscriptions renew according to the interval you choose until cancelled. Fees, taxes, and billing are handled through our payment providers. Refunds follow the rules of the payment provider and applicable law, unless we state otherwise.
You retain ownership of flows, posters, comments, profile details, and other content you create (“Your Content”).
You grant CatCow a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and distribute Your Content as needed to operate the Service — including when you publish content publicly or share it with others.
You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or applicable law.
CatCow provides general wellness and yoga practice tools. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Yoga involves physical activity and risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a practice, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition. Practice within your limits and stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
You use practice guidance, AI suggestions, cues, and timers at your own risk.
Some features use automated or AI systems to suggest sequences or related content. Suggestions may be incomplete or unsuitable for you. Always review results before practicing and adjust for your body and experience.
CatCow’s branding, software, design, and non-user content are owned by CatCow or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit them except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
The Service may integrate third parties such as OAuth providers, payment processors, email, analytics (when consented), and AI vendors. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
You may stop using CatCow and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy and data-deletion pages.
We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatCow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 50, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
