User data deletion

What this page is for

If you signed in to CatCow with Facebook, you can ask us to delete the personal data we received from Facebook and any CatCow account tied only to that Facebook login. This page meets Meta’s User Data Deletion requirements for Facebook Login.

How to request deletion

1. Preferred: open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove CatCow. Facebook will call our deletion callback automatically.
2. Or email support@catcowapp.com from the email on your CatCow or Facebook account. Include “data deletion” in the subject and the name/email you used on CatCow.

We aim to complete manual requests within 30 days. When Facebook triggers deletion, processing is usually immediate and you receive a confirmation code.

What we delete

• Facebook user id and OAuth link stored for sign-in
• The full CatCow account when it was created only via Facebook (no separate email password login)
• Related practice history, saved flows, and profile data for that account (when the whole account is removed)

If your CatCow account also uses email or another social login, we disconnect Facebook and keep the rest of the account so you can still sign in.
