Your sequence, your call
Nothing publishes without you. AI suggests; you decide.
FlowYoga started in a small studio in Chiang Mai, where the teacher planned every class on index cards. We wanted those cards to be searchable, shareable and kind to whoever walked in that morning — nothing more clever than that.
There is no shortage of yoga videos. What was missing was a way to hold a sequence — to write it down, adjust it for the person in front of you, and find it again next Tuesday.
The first version was a spreadsheet shared between three teachers. It grew a pose library because nobody could remember Sanskrit names under pressure, then a timer because counting breaths while talking is harder than it looks, then posters because students kept asking for “the sheet with the pictures”.
Today the same shape holds: a library you can trust, a canvas where you decide the order, and a player that gets out of the way. AI drafts a starting point when you're tired — it never publishes anything on your behalf, and it always respects the poses you've ruled out.

The free tier is for real practice, not a teaser.
Features ship when a teacher asks for them in a real class.
